Lead and manage Department of Environment (DOE) related tasks, particularly in Scheduled Waste Management as a Competent Person (CEPSWAM).
Assist in the planning and execution of monthly 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.
Perform general office administrative functions and provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources department.
Administer and maintain a proper filing and documentation system to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Verify and manage employees' monthly claims and leave applications accurately.
Assist in the calculation and verification of overtime claims.
Support Training \& Development initiatives, including planning, organizing, and implementation.
Assist in managing Foreign Worker Administration, including hostel inspections and work permit renewals.
Handle office building maintenance and ensure timely upkeep and repairs.
Oversee office licensing agreements and coordinate renewals as required.
**Requirements:**
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum one (1\) year of working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with a background in Scheduled Waste Management are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and/or certification in Scheduled Waste Management (CEPSWAM) will be considered an added advantage.
