Requirements
Minimum SPM or higher.
Fluent in English \& Malay language.
Computer literate and willing to work in shifts.
Preferably with outspoken personality with a presentable outlook and personality.
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
Customer service experience is added advantage.
To work in financial and brokerage industry company.
Must have an experience in trading industry.
Responsibility
Confer with clients by telephone to provide information about products or services or obtain details of clients.
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
Review policy terms to determine handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
Enhance and improve current process.
Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
Following process and procedure of the Company.

Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM2,300\.00 per month
