• Requirements

    • Minimum SPM or higher.
    • Fluent in English \& Malay language.
    • Computer literate and willing to work in shifts.
    • Preferably with outspoken personality with a presentable outlook and personality.
    • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
    • Customer service experience is added advantage.
    • To work in financial and brokerage industry company.
    • Must have an experience in trading industry.

    Responsibility

    • Confer with clients by telephone to provide information about products or services or obtain details of clients.
    • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
    • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
    • Review policy terms to determine handling compliance. Maintain and update SOP and record.
    • Enhance and improve current process.
    • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
    • Following process and procedure of the Company.

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: RM2,000\.00 \- RM2,300\.00 per month
