• Job Description:

    • Formulate and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive sales penetration and business growth.
    • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying key targets and engaging relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare and submit a detailed weekly planner report to track activities and progress.
    • Create a monthly action plan and provide weekly updates on the sales pipeline.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and quotations via email or phone within 24 hours.
    • Collaborate with the Legal team, clients, and MCR management to discuss and finalize agreements.
    • Prepare quotations with prior approval from the Head of Department (HOD).
    • Ensure timely submission of billing documents and Statements of Account (SOA).
    • Monitor and ensure payment collections are completed within the stipulated credit terms.
    • Provide excellent after\-sales service by following up with customers on their service needs and requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Marketing, public relation or another related field
    • At least 3\-5 years working experience in Sales \& Marketing or other related fields in Car Rental Business
    • Results\-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Office location: Kuching, Sarawak.
