Manage daily operation of the residential property in Management Office include the healthy collection of service charge, access control, security procedures, maintenance of common area, lift usage, carpark management \& etc.
Ensure the building is properly maintained and well managed at all times.
Plan, organize, forming AGM, EGM, for JMB of the strata building.
Attend to complaints tactfully and to maintain strong relationship with residents.
Generate relevant reports and budget to present to Management \& JMB/MC
Supervise \& monitoring subordinates work and conduct appraisal.
Other duties might be assigned from time to time from.
Job qualifications:
Graduates Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Degree in Property Management or any equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience as a Building Manager in Management Office.
Well verse in Strata Management Act, Strata title act and all law governing building management.
Good leadership skill \& communication skill.
Good in English as required to communicate with owner.
Well organized and self motivate able to work under pressure.
**Willing to work on Saturday 1/2 day.**
Possess own transport, able to travel as at when required.
