• Job Description

    • Manage daily operation of the residential property in Management Office include the healthy collection of service charge, access control, security procedures, maintenance of common area, lift usage, carpark management \& etc.
    • Ensure the building is properly maintained and well managed at all times.
    • Plan, organize, forming AGM, EGM, for JMB of the strata building.
    • Attend to complaints tactfully and to maintain strong relationship with residents.
    • Generate relevant reports and budget to present to Management \& JMB/MC
    • Supervise \& monitoring subordinates work and conduct appraisal.
    • Other duties might be assigned from time to time from.

    Job qualifications:

    • Graduates Professional Certificates/ Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Degree in Property Management or any equivalent.
    • At least 3 years working experience as a Building Manager in Management Office.
    • Well verse in Strata Management Act, Strata title act and all law governing building management.
    • Good leadership skill \& communication skill.
    • Good in English as required to communicate with owner.
    • Well organized and self motivate able to work under pressure.
    • **Willing to work on Saturday 1/2 day.**
    • Possess own transport, able to travel as at when required.
    • Office location: Bukit Jalil

    Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM4,000\.00 \- RM5,000\.00 per month
