Position Summary
Responsible for end\-to\-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers to fulfil talent needs efficiently. Build and maintains a strong talent pipeline in a fast\-paced, people\-centric environment.
Role and Responsibilities* Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
  • Source and identify talent through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring within agreed timeframes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track hiring progress and performance.
  • Draft employment contracts, extend job offers, and conduct onboarding briefings to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and benefits.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and problem\-solving skills in handling multiple recruitment projects independently.
  • Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support company\-wide hiring goals.

Skills and Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferably with 2–6 years of hands\-on experience in recruitment, either in\-house or with a recruitment agency.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative and solutions\-oriented; capable of thinking outside the box to overcome challenges.
  • Well\-organized and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Open to candidates with both agency and corporate recruitment backgrounds.
