**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing products.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice.
  
• Ensure shelves are well\-stocked and the retail environment is clean and organized.
  
• Handle inventory and cashiering tasks efficiently.
  
• Support promotional and marketing activities as needed.
  

**JOB SUMMARY**

• Support the Pharmacist dispensing of medicines, and filling of prescriptions in care
  
• Establish customer loyalty through the delivery of good customer service standards
  
• Responsible for ensuring the availability of medicines in the pharmacy at all times
  
• Provide guidance, training and coaching to the Sales Assistants on general product knowledge
  
• Assist in other operational duties
  

**REQUIREMENT:**

• Pharmacy Assistant/ Pembantu Farmasi: Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy/ Nursing
  
• Friendly, courteous, and self\-motivated
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  
• Able to commit in retail working hours including weekends and public holidays
