**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Accountant** with hands\-on experience in **SAP** to join our team. This role combines core accounting responsibilities with general **administrative support**. The contract length is **6 months**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Accounting Duties:**

  • Manage day\-to\-day accounting tasks using **SAP** (e.g., journal entries, AP/AR, GL reconciliation).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

**Administrative Support:**

  • Handle basic office administration such as booking hotel, check staff claim and others.

**Job Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience working with **SAP system**
  • Candidate with e\-invoicing knowledge is added advantage
  • 1\+ years of relevant work experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Job Types: Full\-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000\.00 \- RM4,500\.00 per month
