Developing sales strategy and strategic planning, quantifying sales targets, and working with sales targets like OEM, ODM customers and design\-houses to design\-in our products.
Oversee the entire project from initial contract negotiation to product delivery
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Working closely with various internal departments including R\&D, supply chain, quality, etc., to ensure the smooth completion of orders.
**Job Requirements:**
Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.
Mandarin speaker is required as this role have to deal with China clients.
