As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:**
**Training Support:** Accompany the Director or Trainer to training sessions, assist in facilitating sessions, and manage training materials and logistics.
**Administrative Assistance:** Prepare documents, manage correspondence, and support daily office operations.
**HRDCorp Training Materials Management:** Assist in preparing documents and materials for HRDCorp grant applications (T3 and others).
**Service Improvement:** Collect and analyze feedback to suggest enhancements to our services and training programs.
**Ad\-Hoc Support:** Provide support for various departmental projects and assist the executive and management team with their daily tasks.
**Requirements:**
Good communication skill in English.
Proactive and able to work independently.
A passion for learning and contributing to a fast\-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
