**Requirements**

  • Possible work on shift/ PH/weekend (on rotational)
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields; (SPM: Math \& English credits)
  • Written and Spoken: English

**Responsibility**

  • To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
