**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the food and beverage industry (from commercial to high\-end brands). The ideal candidate will help develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing, along with social media management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1\. Develop, manage, and grow the company’s presence across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
2\. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and content across digital, print, and social media channels.
3\. Monitor social media trends, respond to audience interactions, and manage online reputation.
4\. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
5\. Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and promotional content.
6\. Analyze performance metrics from social media and broader campaigns.
7\. Assist with organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
8\. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
9\. Support PR and media communication efforts as needed.
**Requirements:**
\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
\- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships included), with hands\-on experience in social media management.
\- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\- Proficient in MS Office and Meta Business Suite (knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut is a plus).
\- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content and branding.
\- Strong project management and organizational skills.
