Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate UOB platform and application issues on behalf NTT
Available for on\-call rotation with other analysts.
Conducts daily system Health Check, related support \& request
Work closely with NTT to provide pragmatic updates until the issue is resolved and/or fix is provided. SLA will be measured only against the party accountable for the issue.
Attend to UOB's MACD request of the system
**Working Hours:**
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 830am to 530pm; (define by UOB business hours), inclusive of 1 hour lunch break. Shift allowance shall apply if working hours are different than the foregoing.
(b) Off days are weekends, Malaysia declared national holidays or Wilayah Persekutuan declared state holidays
(c) Any job required to be performed after the working hours will be subjected to the overtime charges.
(d) Remote support during non\-working hours will be supported by a resident and/or non\-resident engineer who is fully qualified \& accepted by UOB contracting party to support the solution implemented.
**Absence from Work:**
The engineer shall be granted absence from work for: (i) Annual leave (ii) Medical / hospitalization leave.
All annual leave and medical leave application, including training(s) shall be mutually approved by client and NTT MSC.
**Replacement Engineer :**
NTT MSC will arrange for temporary or replacement engineer in the event the RE away for more than 3 business day. (Not inclusive Public Holiday or State Holiday as per Government gazette holiday)
UOBM to provide the necessary access to the replacement engineer. (Inclusive of task and work related which are required to be accessing the UOBM systems).
