    **Responsibilities:**

    • Prepare food and beverages, including coffee and pastries, in accordance with standard operating procedures
    • Deliver friendly customer service to the customers
    • Handle cashier duties, including processing payments via cash, card, or e\-wallet, with proficiency in using POS systems
    • Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
    • Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
    • Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized
    • Maintain good attendance and punctuality
    • Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader
