**Job Description :**
1\. Provide technical or inquiries support and troubleshooting for the products.

2\.Respond to user via phone / chat.

3\.Assit with software/product installations and updates.

4\.Provide training and guidance to users on software features and functionality.

**Requirement :**

• Fresh Grade/ SPM/ STPM
  
• Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel / Words.
  

Job Types: Full\-time, Internship, New\-Grad
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800\.00 \- RM2,500\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
