Responsibilities (NOT LIMITED TO)

Prepare coffee, beverages, desserts, and pastries according to café standards.
Maintain consistent product quality, presentation, and service standards.
Train and support junior baristas and service staff.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar, kitchen, and service areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering for bar and pastry sections.
Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
