1\. Responsible for modification/repair/production mold assembly/disassembly, turning job. Ensure mold assembly according to drawing and customer specification.
2\. Responsible for mold maintenance job.
3\. Responsible for production dates specified on the Tooling Repair/Maintenance Request.
4\. Responsible to fill in all working documents/information and filing for future reference. Documents included tooling check list, assembly monitor chart, test record, defects and action completion status.
5\. Responsible to follow company safety rules.
6\. Follow company working instruction/standard to use, maintain and store mold assembly equipment/tools.
7\. Feedback mold assembly issues to design and production department for improvement.
8\. Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
