We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our artwork and pre\-press team in dual location (Janoschka Malaysia \& Janoschka Philippines).
This role offers you the opportunity to work in 2 of Janoschka plants in South East Asia located in Nilai, Malaysia and Laguna,Philippines.
You will be based in Malaysia and Philippines on rotation basis, and will be required to travel to each plants every 3 months.
**Roles \& Responsibilities**
1\. Adapt creative agency packaging artworks into artworks complying to client technical specifications.
2\. Task includes retouching, reworking or fixing design, color correction, trapping, barcode generation.
3\. Adapt existing artwork to various layout \& pack formats and able to interpret packaging design requirement from client. Ensure artwork is consistent, accurate and follows any brand guidelines
4\. Ability to perform color adjustment to match customer target and familiarity with color management.
5\. Creates multiple versions of design files using Adobe Illustrator \& Photoshop for client’s review.
6\. Work closely with other team members to support with preparation of print ready files
**Skills \& job requirement.**
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Art \& Design, Advertising, Multimedia or a related field.
Experience in packaging artwork creation and files manipulation.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator \& Photoshop). Experience with Esko Artpro is an added advantage.
Good eyes for details and able to spot potential problems in design and make a design proposal.
A good technical understanding from design to printing will be an added advantage.
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Able to communicate in English with a good speaking and written English
Willing to travel and live abroad for extended period of time.
