· Conduct daily line condition checks through patrolling and provide feedback to relevant production personnel.
· Troubleshoot top\-line problems and report findings to the superior.
· Follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are effectively implemented.
· Provide technical assistance to Junior Technicians and Technicians in production.
· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly line rejections, including:
- Conducting reject analysis (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Maintaining tracking charts where applicable.
· Perform line audits to ensure operators comply with working guidelines.
· Propose process control improvement initiatives to the superior.
· Liaise with other relevant supporting personnel to resolve line problems and implement corrective actions.
· Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the superior.
· Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards within the scope of work.
· Participate actively in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 related activities.
