Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer\-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew \& Tea Barista. You’ll be preparing handcrafted tea beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a great in\-store experience!
Key Responsibilities:
\-Greet and serve customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
\-Take and process orders accurately (in\-person or via POS system)
\-Prepare and serve tea\-based drinks (e.g., bubble tea, fruit tea, milk tea) according to SOP
\-Adjust sugar/ice levels and toppings based on customer preferences
\-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and customer area
\-Restock ingredients, cups, and packaging materials as needed
\-Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
\-Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
\-Support team members with various tasks including cleaning, organizing, and closing duties
Requirements:
\-No experience needed (training provided)
\-Passionate about customer service and beverages
\-Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
\-Able to work in a fast\-paced environment
\-Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
\-Basic knowledge of tea and beverage preparation is a plus
