Job Responsibilities:
Sales
Identify Customers and opportunities for the company products in the Pacific Rim.
Engage in customer sales calls \- research, contact, schedule, and conduct sales meetings at customer accounts as a product expert; Including company product demos, customer process and application reviews, applying products to drive customer value, and relationship building.
Manage Customer relationships and serve as the Customer advocate within the company
Find and develop new customers in similar industry segments as well as new industry segments.
Grow market share from existing customers.
Provide input to sales and margin forecasts for assigned accounts and territories
Achieve planned sales and margin for assigned accounts and territories、
Accurately report and manage the sales funnel for the defined region in a timely fashion
Define and implement sales strategies for each account including manufacturing representative involvement
Determine specific Customer technical and commercial needs and accurately communicate these needs to the company
Develop a level of application expertise on all the company products necessary to effectively interface with Customers, Manufacturing representatives, and distribution / channel partners
Identify opportunities to expand the company product technology and application expertise
Quotation generation, submittal, follow\-up and disposition
Responsible for negotiating purchase order changes that affect price and delivery
Operate within a defined expense budget
Provide a daily account update to the US sales team of Customer communications
Write detailed trip reports of sales call activity.
Provide market information on major Customer segments in the Pacific Rim served by the company products on a quarterly basis.
Gather competitor and market intelligence
Identify new sales opportunities and potential sales channels
Participate in trade show events and follow\-up with perspective customers.
Participate (as needed) in joint sales calls with company Manufacturer Reps or Distributors.
Effectively interface with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and management.
Estimated travel: 50%.

Job Requirements:
Graduate Electrical Engineer
Five (5\) years experience in manufacturing and automation industry
Five (5\) years sales experience with at least two (2\) in major account solution selling
Fluent in verbal and written technical English communication
Fluent in verbal and written technical Chinese communication
Fluent in Chinese financial and business practices
Unrestricted worldwide travel capability
Experience in both direct and indirect selling environments
Willing to travel extensively
Proactive and target\-oriented personality
