**Introduction**Trip.com is a leading global travel service provider, committed to delivering exceptional travel experiences to millions of customers worldwide. We're looking for a dynamic Senior Campaign Specialist who will play a pivotal role in the execution, optimization, and analysis of multi\-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
**In this Role, you’ll get to:*** Design and implement marketing campaigns (e.g., platform\-wide, seasonal, and destination specific campaigns) across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and cross\-selling opportunities.
- Analyze customer data, marketing performance, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and ensure continuous improvement. Leverage A/B testing, attribution models, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with design teams to ensure campaigns are on\-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with the customer journey. Provide feedback on creative briefs and collaborate on messaging strategies.
- Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Monitor spend across multiple channels and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives. Present data in a clear and actionable format.
- Work with various internal stakeholders, including product teams, regional marketing managers, and business leaders, to align on campaign goals and timelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure Trip.com stays ahead of the curve in campaign innovation.
**What you'll Need to Succeed:*** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in driving marketing campaigns for e\-commerce sites
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data\-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
