• We're looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team! If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and loves supporting a sales team to hit their goals, we’d love to hear from you.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Providing day\-to\-day support to the sales team
    • Managing sales documentation and reports
    • Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management
    • Proven bookkeeping experience.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
    • Help reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
    • Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verifying supplier's invoices, issue payment voucher and other ad\-hoc assigned by Superior.
    • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
    • Maintaining accurate records and databases
    • Helping to improve administrative processes where needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and G\-drive.
    • Team player with a positive attitude
    • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
