Collaborate with the Technical Operations and Enabling team to understand business requirements and challenges.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT solutions to support technical operations and business processes.
Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems.
Contribute to the planning and execution of technical projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Assist in the evaluation and selection of IT tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in meetings and discussions with business partners to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Help document IT processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
