**Job Responsibilities:**
Support the Quality Manager in daily quality operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and stop non\-conformingmaterials, work\-in\-progress, or finished goods when necessary.
Monitor quality performance of parts, in\-process work, and finishedproducts; report trends to management.
Collaborate with Production to resolve quality issues and implement correctiveand preventive actions.
Lead customer complaint investigations, including corrective actionimplementation and effectiveness verification.
Maintain and calibrate inspection and measuring equipment.
Act as an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA) to ensure properimplementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System(QMS).
Promote process\-based thinking, risk\-based approach, and continuousimprovement initiatives within operations.
Support the maintenance and improvement of the quality and environmentalmanagement systems.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the superior when necessary.
**Job Requirements:**
•Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of working experience in QualityAssurance or a related field.
•Ability to supervise and coordinate across departments.
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
