**VFD Application and Business Development Manager**

***Job Summary***

5 years in the application and sales of reputable VFD brands. **Strong knowledge and hands\-on experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)**

• Commissioning, troubleshooting, and sizing
  
• Understanding torque/speed/load characteristics in different applications
  
• **Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)**
  
• Knowledge of popular brands (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen\-Bradley)
  
• Ability to interface VFDs with PLCs and understand basic logic control
  
• **Understanding of Industrial Automation Systems**
  
• Sensors, relays, timers, HMI
  
• System architecture and integration with control panels
  
• **Electrical \& Control Circuitry Knowledge**
  
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
  
• Knowledge of protection devices and motor control fundamentals
  

**Experience in technical sales or application engineering**

• Preferably in power transmission, automation, or control systems
  
• **Strong customer\-facing skills**
  
• Ability to conduct product presentations, demos, and on\-site technical support
  
• **Market development experience**
  
• Able to identify and penetrate new industrial sectors (e.g., HVAC, water, packaging, conveyors)
  
• **Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation**
  
• **3–5 years of relevant working experience** in VFD or control products (senior role)
  
• **Experience with competing VFD brands** (e.g., Schneider, Siemens, ABB, Delta, Danfoss, etc.) is a plus
  

Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

• Willingness to travel (customer site visits, training, seminars)
  
• Self\-driven, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset
  
• Comfortable working with cross\-border teams (e.g., Singapore HQ, regional partners)
  

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,818\.66 \- RM14,905\.30 per month
