We are looking for a dedicated and detail\-oriented HR Executive to manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience while supporting overall HR operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, job platforms, and recruitment agencies.
Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, conduct orientation programs and introduce new hires to company policies and culture.
Prepare and generate weekly recruitment reports, hiring status updates, and other relevant HR reports as required.
Manage employee benefits, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Assist the HR \& Admin Manager (HRAM) with day\-to\-day HR and administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the full cycle of recruitment.
Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR processes,and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
High integrity in handling confidential information and HR matters with tact and professionalism.
Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and meet hiring goals within tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) as the role requires liaising with Mandarin\-speaking counterparts.
