**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and professional Full Time Driver to represent our company and provide exceptional service to our international guests. As a driver for our tour company, you will be responsible for the following:
**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a polite and helpful attitude. Handle challenging situations professionally, including managing stress and addressing customer concerns, particularly with international tourists.
**Vehicle Operation \& Maintenance**: Maintain basic knowledge of vehicle operation, ensure cleanliness, and perform basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle. Ensure personal grooming to represent the company and brand professionally.
**Driving Skills**: Demonstrate strong driving skills, mainly for minivans (9 or 16\-seater). Drive courteously, responsibly, and in adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Report any issues or concerns to the office promptly and liaise with the office team as needed.
**Flexible Working Hours**: Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and potentially long\-distance or outstation trips in the future.
**Punctuality \& Discipline**: Maintain punctuality and adhere to company guidelines and SOPs at all times.
**Safety Compliance**: Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers.
**Consistent Coordination with the Office:** Work closely with the logistics department to ensure the assignment is followed as planned and carried out accordingly.
**Job Requirements:**
Minimum **SPM** qualification.
Proficiency in **English** (additional languages are a plus).
Possession of a **valid PSV (Public Service Vehicle) driving license**.
Familiarity with **Kuala Lumpur routes** and major hotels.
Previous experience in **handling international passengers** or customers is preferred. **Pleasant interpersonal skills**, with the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and courteously.
Physically fit for long\-distance driving and capable of assisting with luggage when necessary. A medical check\-up will be done once the offer is accepted.
**Reliable** and **punctual** with excellent time management. Ability to work **independently**, follow instructions, and adhere to SOPs and guidelines with minimal supervision.
