**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a proactive IT Technician to provide first\-line support, assist with hardware and software deployments, and support remote users, especially in our China Suzhou office. The role requires a hands\-on individual who is organized, responsible, and fluent in Chinese and English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Front\-line IT Support: Providing basic user guidance, directing inquiries for ticket submission, e\-IT ERF, and VPN forms to the appropriate personnel.
Technical Deployment: Formatting laptops using Ntlite and deploying whitelisted software (Level 1 \& 2, potentially via ManageEngine).
Standard MIS Procedures: Executing new hire preparations (laptop and badge setup), participating in basic resignee MIS procedures, and supporting MIS inventory management such as stock counts and basic management.
Remote Technical Support: Providing setup assistance and troubleshooting for remote employees, particularly those in the China Suzhou office using remote tools.
Maintaining Documentation and Records.
Basic Troubleshooting: Addressing common issues with printers, scanners, deskphones, projectors/TVs and laptops.
**Requirements:**
Must **be able to speak, read and write Chinese** and proficient in English.
Experience with laptop formatting, software deployment, and remote support tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
