Job Descriptions:
1\. Assist in the development and implementation of visual content for various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website, and other digital marketing platforms.
2\. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and ideas that align with the company's brand identity.
3\. Participate in the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other print materials.
Additional Task.
1\. Vendor Liaison \- Contacting and communicating with vendors to discuss job requirements, specifications, and timelines.
2\. Quotation Gathering \- Obtaining quotes from different vendors for printing jobs or any production jobs, ensuring competitive pricing and comparing options.
3\. Production Coordination \- Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of production tasks to meet project deadlines and ensuring high\-quality output.
Qualifications and Skills:
1\. Minimum Diploma in Graphic Communication, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Art \& Design, or a related field. Fresh graduate acceptable.
2\. Have high interest in a digital creative, media, or production environment
3\. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
4\. Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
5\. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6\. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
7\. Passion for storytelling and visual content.
8\. Ability to liaise with vendors.
