**Objectives of the Position**
- Supports the business to have available labels according to national regulations and based on standards and regulatory guidelines which are integrated in the relevant processes.
- Requests for shipping labels shall be supported for Asia by this position
- Position will be part of the global labeling team with responsibility for Asia as regional label adviser.
- Support initiatives of global labelling management in Asia Pacific region
**Main Tasks**
- Rollout of labelling standards in Asia Pacific
- Collect label requests from the region and take care of implementation together with global label advisors (GLA)
- Process integration of labelling
- Coordination of country label experts (CLE) and printing stations in Asia Pacific
- On top of regular job requirement, managing labelling project ((new factories, acquisitions, carve\-out).
- Business and technical support for the country label experts (CLE)
- Acts as second level support for GLM (Global label management)
- Interactions with BASF department such as regulatory department, legal department, corporate identify, process experts, supply chain, product management and industrial unions on labelling topic
- Undertakes optimization initiative in Asia Pacific in alignment with global label management initiatives.
**Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position**
- Education: Bachelor or other advanced degree
- Working experience: 4 years of working experience in EHS regulatory product safety and/with at least 2 years of experience in labelling for chemical industry. Fundamental knowledge of SAP processes, production and filling as well as delivery. International work experience is preferred.
- Skills: SAP EHS, SAP GLM, SAP PP (for MTI) and SD (for OTC) , MS Office in general, D\&I
