Responsible for recording, reporting to PIC and presenting trend analysis of Non\-confarmance items internally.
Responsible for recording and reporting to PIC regarding any finding og Non\-conformance from external audit.
Act as Document Controller that responsible to organize, update and store documents into a condition that demonstrates proper Food Safety Program Implementation and retrievability.
Responsible for executing the Food Safety Presentation Program by providing schedule, attendance, and minute meeting quarterly.
Monitor Pest Control System by inspecting the first and second defense on a weekly basis and daily for the thir defense as required in inspection checklist. Study the trend analysis for the pest activities. If any outliers occur, action needed will be requested to pest control supplier.
Assure that GMP Audit Program is performed in compliance with the appropriate GMP regulations as well as creating the schedule and report.
Conduct internal training refarding food safety for workers.
Monitor and verify Crtitical Control Point.
