• Train housekeeping Attendants on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee staff on a daily basis
  • Inspection of office space and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
  • Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Respond to customer complaints and special requests
  • Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
  • Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
  • Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
  • Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
  • Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Work experience as a Housekeeping
  • Hands\-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office
  • The ability to multitask.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Any other task assigned by the Management

  • High school or equivalent education is required.; additional qualifications will be a plus.
