Follow the written work instruction, procedures to perform material handling, delivery to cleanroom work station, material storage and required inventory check.
Report and communicate with leaders and other function on problem finding.
Work together with a team of material handlers, production operators and leaders to supply all the materials and components needed for continuous production.
Communicate effectively with production and warehouse leaders to meet the needs of individual manufacturing operations.
Timely and accurately stage materials and components in accordance with the production schedule.
Pick and transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse and production floor, ensuring raw materials follow FIFO (First In, First Out). Ensure timely delivery and that all materials meet quality standards.
Provide support to the production team by loading material when required. Prepare required stock as per MRF (Material Request Form) and transfer to production upon request.
Prepare carton labels for production and pallet labels for outgoing shipments.
