**Job Description \& Job Details**

Salary: RM2,000 \- RM2,500

Office Location: Tanjung Malim, Perak

Working Hours: Monday \- Friday (8:30AM \- 5\.30PM), Saturday (8\.30AM \- 2\.00PM)

Job Description:

1\. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base within the target market segments.

2\. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.

3\. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.

4\. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, including identifying key decision\-makers and building strong relationships.

5\. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

6\. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our seminar, training, consulting, and thesis services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

7\. Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend customized solutions that align with their goals and objectives.

8\. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to enhance business development opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

9\. Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our services.

10\. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts. Provide regular reports on sales performance.

11\. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

12\. Build a network of industry contacts to expand business opportunities.

**Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**

1\) Minimum 1 years in Sales and Marketing.
