**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1\. Production: Overseeing the daily production of desserts, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
2\. Innovation: Staying up\-to\-date with plant\-based culinary trends, experimenting with new ingredients, and bringing fresh and creative ideas to the dessert menu.
3\. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to uphold the high standards of Kind Kones.
4\. Team Collaboration: Working closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, with a focus on plant\-based cuisine.
Strong knowledge of plant\-based ingredients and their culinary applications.
Creativity and innovation in developing unique and visually appealing desserts.
Exceptional organizational and time\-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to using locally\-sourced and environmentally\-friendly ingredients.
